Terms of Use
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Roche Limit Android application and the website at rochelimit.app (together, the “Service”), provided by ProductNoob (“we”, “us”).
Apple App Store users: your license to use the iOS app is governed by Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the Standard EULA), not this document, except that our Privacy Policy still applies to privacy practices we describe there.
By downloading or using the Android app or this website, you agree to these Terms.
License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Roche Limit on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, redistribute, or create derivative works of the Service except as allowed by law.
The game
Roche Limit is provided as a free arcade game that may display advertisements. An optional one-time Remove Ads in-app purchase removes ads. Purchases do not unlock unfair gameplay advantages (“pay-to-win”). Features, content, and availability may change over time.
Purchases
Remove Ads and any other in-app purchases on Android are processed by Google Play. Pricing, taxes, billing, refunds, and restorations follow Google’s policies and your Google account settings. We do not store your full payment card details.
Ads
Ads are served by Google AdMob or similar partners. Ad content is provided by third parties; we do not control every creative. You can remove ads by purchasing Remove Ads where offered.
An optional rewarded ad may be offered in exchange for an in-game benefit (such as reviving a run). Watching is always your choice, and declining never costs you anything you already had. Remove Ads owners receive the same benefit without watching an ad.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Abuse, disrupt, or attempt to hack the Service or related systems
- Use cheats, automation, or exploits that harm fair play or other users
- Misuse support channels or impersonate ProductNoob
Intellectual property
Roche Limit, the ROCHE / LIMIT wordmark, and related assets are owned by ProductNoob or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership to you.
Disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ProductNoob and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for Remove Ads (if any) in the twelve months before the claim, or zero if you paid nothing.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those places, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information. By using the Service, you also acknowledge that policy.
Changes
We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
